- July 1: deadline to submit "50%+1" team rosters (all ages) and $500 annual team fee to WDDOA for Div I teams
- July 1: deadline to submit "majority" team rosters (U12 and up) to Western District for Super II teams plus $100 for fall season team fee
- July 7: WDDOA Membership Meeting & Election
The annual election meeting will be held on Saturday, July 7 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at a location to be determined. This is the second of 2 mandatory meetings, and there must be a representative in attendance from each pre-qualified or entering (U11) team planning to participate in Div I/Premier League for the Fall 2007 season.
- July TBA: deadline for teams to register for DI qualifying tournament
- July 8: deadline for teams to register for Super II qualifying tournament
- July 21-22: DI qualifying tournament (at age levels offered, in Austin)
- July 28-29: SII qualifying tournament (at all ages, in Austin)
- August 1: deadline for all Super II registrations
- August 6: DI rosters freeze; $100/player annual fee due to WDDOA
- August 8: mandatory managers' meeting for Super II teams, San Antonio; initial rosters due, schedule grids received
- September 11: first fall games
- November 17-18: CAYSA Championships (rec/rec plus/DII playoffs)
- December 1-2: District playoffs
- December 8-9: State playoffs
