LTYA Refund Policy


  • Refund requests may be submitted to the LTYA Registrar at info@ltya.org
  • A full refund may be processed during the registration period, but will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
  • A refund processed after the registration period ends, but before teams are formed, will be subject to a $25 processing fee and a $25 uniform fee.
  • Any refund requested after teams are formed, but before the first game, will be processed at 50%.
  • No refunds will be processed after the first game of the season. There can be no exceptions to this rule.

LTYA Payment Policy


  • LTYA prefers registration fees be paid by credit card to reduce administrative expense.
  • Registration fees may be paid by check, however, and can be mailed to the following address:

  • If registration fees are paid by check, the registration status is considered "pending" rather than "complete" until the check is received and processed by our finanacial administrator.
  • Late registrations are subject to a $50 late registration fee.
  • Any registration that is "pending" at the close of the regular registration period will be assessed a $50 late fee.
  • Any registration that is "pending" at the close of the late registration period will be deleted.
  • Any additional service fees (shirt orders, volunteer buy-outs, sponsorships, etc.) will not be accepted unless the regular registration fees and the additional service costs are fully paid prior to the close of registrations.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $10 processing fee.
